Crafted from smoked bamboo harvested during the harsh winters of Takayama, its form has remained unchanged for over 400 years making it both rare and highly regarded among practitioners.

Despite its heritage, it is approachable for beginners, allowing matcha to be whisked smoothly and evenly.
